What we do
Betz Wind acts for developers, investors, turbine suppliers, EPC contractors and lenders on wind energy projects in Turkey and along the corridors that link it to Europe, the Black Sea basin and Central Asia. We take a project from site and licence through supply, construction, grid connection and financing, and we stay with it through operation, disputes and exit.

Approach
Wind is engineering first. We read power curves, availability tables and grid codes as closely as we read contracts, so that the legal structure of a project matches its physics. Every mandate is handled completely and confidentially, with one responsible counsel from licence to enforcement.
